Nuxalk Nation stop illegal transportation of farmed salmon

through Nuxalk Nation Territory

	What a stressfull day. They can't move the trucks while I nap. I'll just lie here right in front of th wheels. Wake me when were done.

	Just waiting for response from Marine Harvest and Kitasoo. Response from Kitasoo " it is out of our hands once it leaves Kitasoo territory.

	Rear view of trucks. Each truck carries approximately 32000 pounds of Atlntic farmed salmon. Three trucks twice a week. Farmed fish valued at approximately$100,000 per truck. Wonder why the price of the natural stock is low. Farmed salmon not only destroys the nuxlk way of life but also the commercial fishers.
	We will not tolerate the trucking of farmed salmon through our territtory. We must stop the trucks from going through our territory. Our way life is being threatened as our sustenance is the natural salmon. Fish farms are destroying the habitat and are diseased.
	Well boys when is this going to end?
	When they quit trucking farmed salmon through Nuxalk territory.
	The Nuxalk Nation will never allow fish farms, the Atlantic salmon hatchery or the trucking of farmed salmon within our territorial boundaries.
	WE WILL DO WHAT IS NECESSARY TO STOP THE INCROUCHMENT OF THIS INDUSTRY IN OUR TERRITORY.
	FARMED AND DANGEROUS. The trucks are loaded witb farmed and dangerous Atlantic salmon. Any species of farmed salmon is dangerous to the health of the wild stock and the environment. ZERO TOLERANCE TO ALL FARMED SALMON.
